If you’ve had a loss at your property and are unsure how to proceed, follow these simple steps:

  1. Notify the police if a law may have been broken
  2. Notify us of the loss
  3. Take all reasonable steps to protect the property from further damage

Once you report the incident to us, we will contact you to walk you though the claims process and answer all of your questions.

Claims process explained

Even though National Real Estate Insurance Group does not investigate, pay or deny claims, we will help you through the claims process every step of the way. Once you report an incident, our Client Experience team will work with you to gather loss information, and submit the claim to the appropriate carrier. The carrier will determine how the claim is handled based on the insurance contract.
